Founded by Charles G. Marcus, Marcus Insurance started in a small office in Hartford, Connecticut in 1941. Going door to door, he built relationships to serve his customers. While in the Insurance Capital, the business moved to Wethersfield, CT in 1974 serving customers in CT and throughout the eastern US for all types of insurance.
